Editorial Staff

The incoming editors of Real Estate Economics are William N. Goetzmann of the Yale School of Management, Joseph Gyourko, Professor of Real Estate and Finance, The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania and Susan M. Wachter, Professor of Real Estate and Finance, the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania.

The editors of Real Estate Economics issues through 1997 are Dennis R. Capozza of the University of Michigan, James D. Shilling of the University of Wisconsin, and Kerry D. Vandell , also of the University of Wisconsin.

Other members of the editorial board are drawn from both business and academic institutions across the United States.

The Style and Manuscripts section describes submissions procedures and style requirements for articles published in Real Estate Economics.
