All ICF Fellows are asked to submit their working
papers with the center coversheet which can be downloaded here.
Instructions for Use:

Download the coversheet MS Word file to your computer (the file will also open in
Word Perfect).

The coversheet has been designed with a text area with space for the Title and Authors of the paper.

Add the Title and Authors of the paper into the coversheet in word and save
file, or convert to Acrobat format.

Once coversheet is in Acrobat format open Adobe Acrobat and insert cover
sheet into your paper.
